The Sentinel - Slimmer - 22 November 2016

Here is a Slimmer article I wrote which is a weekly feature appearing every Tuesday in The Sentinel. I would source for slimmers, interview them and write about their weight loss journey and compile the before and after photos of them. Some of the stories are very inspirational. This week's story is on a couple who have been married for 25 years - Julie & Jason Hopkins. They both collectively lost a total of 5 stones with the help of Slimming World. This is an interesting story as you are able to learn how both of them supported each other in their weight loss journey.
